State Institute for Drug Control is responsible for issuing the manufacturing authorizations for the medicinal products in accordance with Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on Drugs and Medical Devices and on Amendment and Supplementing of Certain Acts as amended later.
According to Art. No 362/2011 Coll., SIDC grants to applicants an assessment regarding their premises, personal and material equipment. This assessment is an appendix of the application for "The authorization for handling with medicinal products".
