The State Institute of Drug Control informs applicants, that refunds of administrative fees are only possible on the basis of a written and signed original application sent by mail or courier.
The applicant/ authorized representative will submit administrative fee refund application, which is published on the SIDC´s website.
According to § 10 paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Act no. 145/1995 Coll. on administrative fees, the State Institute may authorize the refund of the fee, overpayment or part of the fee.
According to § 10 paragraph 11 of Act no. 145/1995 Coll. on administrative fees, the entitlement for refund of a fee/overpayment shall terminate after the lapse of three years from the end of the calendar year, in which the fee was paid.
