Zadávatelia sú povinní od 1.8.2023 zasielať Ročnú správu o aktuálnom stave klinického skúšania Štátnemu ústavu pre kontrolu liečiv (ŠÚKL) a Etickej komisii pre klinické skúšania (EK) na základe § 29n (odsek 3, písmeno d) zákona č. 362/2011 Z. z.. Vzhľadom k tomu, že prebieha diskusia o spôsobe podania Ročných správ, tak zadávatelia ich zatiaľ nemusia predkladať do času, kým ŠÚKL a EK nevydajú usmernenie k predkladaniu Ročných správ o aktuálnom stave klinického skúšania. ŠÚKL a EK budú zadávateľov informovať o usmernení prostredníctvom webových stránok. Zároveň žiadame zadávateľov, aby následne dodatočne predložili Ročné správy, ktoré mali byť podané od 1.8.2023 podľa vydaného usmernenia.
Notice to sponsors of clinical trials regarding the submission of the Annual Report on the current status of clinical trials conducted under Regulation No. 536/2014
Since 1.8.2023, sponsors have been obliged to send the Annual Report on the current status of the clinical trial to the State Institute for Drug Control (SIDC) and the Ethics Committee for Clinical Trials (EC) on the basis of Article 29n (paragraph 3, letter d) of the Act No. 362/2011 Coll.. As there is an ongoing discussion on how to submit the Annual Reports, sponsors do not have to submit them until SIDC and the EC issue guidance on the submission of Annual Reports on the current status of clinical trials. The SIDC and the EC will inform sponsors about the guidance via the website. At the same time, sponsors are requested to subsequently submit the Annual Reports that should have been submitted since 1.8.2023 according to the issued guidance.
